The room hire rates are fully inclusive of:

- Biscuits and nibbles
- Usage of discussion room
- Usage of one way viewing room
- Usage of client lounge
- Usage of respondent lounge
Additional charges will apply for:
- Live web-streaming of the sessions
- Post-session streaming and storage
- Usage of LCD/Plasma Screens for projection and playback
- DVD, MP3, audio cassette recording and playback facilities
- DVDs of each session
- Catering – Break-fast, Lunch, High Tea, Dinner or Snack Rounds
- Transcriptions
We offer convenient pricing structure for two time slabs
- Daytime (until 5.00 pm)
- Evening (from 5.00 pm)
All evening booking will be charged at 20% extra rate to the daytime charges.
Sessions can be booked as per needs:
- Single Group per session
- Two Groups per session
- Three Groups per session
- Block Booking
