Cancellation/Postponement Charges
Postponement charges are only applicable when re-booking takes place at the same time as postponement is notified and the re-booked date cannot be postponed a second time. In all cases cancellation charges are applicable.

Note:
- The use of the words 'working day' should be defined as a full standard working day of 09:30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), i.e. if you telephone us at 10.30 am on Tuesday to cancel a booking for the Thursday of the same week, this will constitute as two working days notice.
- The percentages quoted above are based only on the cost of hiring discussion rooms at the Acropolis.
- Extra Refreshment charges will only be charged if cancellation is made on the same day that the groups are to take place.
